Raised in a small town in the Midwestern state of Indiana, the daughter of an ER nurse, my interests have always been in the medical field. Introduced to senior care while studying for my nursing license, I realized very quickly the difference I could make in the life of senior, coming home at the end of my day with an "emotional paycheck."

Encouraged to continue my formal education from a great mentor, I received a Bachelors degree in Organizational Leadership from Biola University and Masters in Business Administration with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration from University of California, Irvine.

When not in the community, I enjoy time with my three children, Allison, Alex and Christian. Everyday I am grateful for our community, our residents, and the amazing staff I work with in providing care to our residents.
